Improving People’s Lives
TANZANIA
With a vast population of over sixty million people and over four thousand miles of borders with eight different countries, many enlightened individuals and organisations are leading the fight against rural poverty and poaching in Tanzania. Despite making impress progress in recent times, these people still require help from external sources and the BE11A JS Foundation is actively engaged in supporting these endeavours.
GRENADA
The island of Grenada has had a potted political history and there is a disproportionately high level of family failures among the population. One of the BE11A JS Foundation’s most poignant and personal projects, pledging a six-figure (US dollars) sum over the next three years to help the Bel Air Home for Children and Adolescents in Grenada, is both ambitious and rewarding in scope.
COSTA RICA
Despite its idyllic reputation among tourists, Costa Rica faces many socio-economic challenges to help its whole population benefit from the revenue generated by over 1.7 million visitors per year. The BE11A JS Foundation is helping a local family take control of their lives and supporting women’s education programmes via a two-phased fundraising initiative.
